General Questions

We help you enable AI-driven e-commerce on your WhatsApp business account. We will train AI models on your store information and product inventory and provide an OMS to manage your incoming orders.

Yes, however if you don't have one already, we work with India's leading WABA business partners and can guide you through it.

Our base product includes most pre-built functionality for end to end e-commerce on WhatsApp. Most kirana stores, restaurants and cafes and general retail outlets can go live out of the box. We also work with D2C brands, hyper-local retail chains, pharmacies and diagnostic centers on customized user journeys.

Once your customer confirms an order, we send her a payment link, all within WhatsApp. Once payment is collected, we push the order to your backend and track it until completion. As soon as customer confirms order is received, we credit your bank account. All of this happens seamlessly and will be managed by us. You will have detailed reports on orders and payments available on app / web console.
Logistics & Refunds

If your business needs logistics support for fulfillment of orders, we work with leading 3PL aggregators that can help set that up. However, if you have your own delivery riders, we provide an app to send fulfillment updates till order completion.

We implement your cancellation policy, hence we only allow it, if you choose to. Most F&B orders are non-cancellable.

If you run out of stock and choose to cancel an order we instantly refund the customer the entire money back.
